At 16:19 on March 6, the first batch of 62.64 tons of 0# diesel oil was successfully injected into the refined oil storage tanks, marking the substantive operational activities at ZhenHua Oil's Dalian Tank Farm refined oil storage area.

To ensure the safe and smooth commissioning of the refined oil storage tanks, Dalian Tank Farm closely focused on the main tasks of "preserving volumes, creating increments, and preventing risks". Comprehensive inspections and rectification of potential hazards were carried out before production. The project company coordinated multi-department efforts, with Party members and cadres taking the lead, and frontline employees actively participating. A series of preparatory work was completed, including anti-corrosion repairs for the tanks, equipment and facility inspections, tank seal replacements, and the implementation of AI safety management. These measures effectively enhanced the intrinsic safety of the storage tanks, ensuring that the equipment and facilities met the conditions for commissioning. Alongside satisfying the hardware requirements, ZhenHua Oil Dalian Tank Farm also emphasized improving employees' operational skills for handling refined oil. Through regular business training, online learning and examinations, and on-site practical drills, employees were ensured to be proficient in addressing various situations during the refined oil receipt, storage, and operation processes.
