Recently, ZhenHua Oil held a graduation ceremony in China for the second training group from  Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).

This three-month training session was carried out for eight trainees from SOMO's marketing, shipping, finance, and auditing departments,  who was studying in the headquarter of Zhenhua Oil for in-depth on-job training and exchanges. With the collaborative efforts of all related departments from Zhenhua,  SOMO’s delegationgained  a much deeper understanding on the integrated business layout of ZhenHua Oil  from upstream to downstream layout , as well as its systematic and efficient management experience. To ensure  fruitful outcomes of  this training program, additional internal and external resources were mobilized with great endeavor, includingvisits to Chengdu Exploration and Development office,  , China University of Petroleum (Beijing), COSCO Shipping, mega refining and petrochemical projects and so on.,Also for Zhenhua side, this training session shaded light on SOMO's business management, as well as operations of Iraqi crudes, products , and shipping. This training grogram has  further strengthened the solid backbone of future cooperation between two parties.

ZhenHua Oil has always regarded Iraqi market as one of its most important  key segments. This visit of SOMO's trainees to Beijing will help deepen professional learning and mutual trust between two parties. SOMO has expressed full recognition and gratitude for this training program. Joining hands with Zhenhua Oil, SOMO also expect a closer win-win collaboration to overcome industry challenges and reach more achievements in business expansion, technological innovation, and market development.
