From June 19 to 23, ZhenHua Oil held the first overseas international business management training program under the "Kunpeng Plan" in Abu Dhabi. Vice President Yang Han led the program, and a total of 18 leaders from overseas project subsidiaries participated. The first training program was meticulously organized by the Human Resources Department and the Abu Dhabi Company over the course of a year.

The training program aimed to "visit ADNOC, benchmark against leading international oil companies, and focus on enhancing internationalization capabilities". In terms of course arrangements, more emphasis was placed on learning and mastering international first-class management concepts and industry trends. The classroom training took place at New York University Abu Dhabi and Khalifa University, the highest institution of the United Arab Emirates, inviting renowned experts and professors in the industry to teach the courses. The participants actively engaged in in-depth discussions with the professors through various means, combining the course content with practical project operations.

During the program, the participants also visited ADNOC's Innovation Research Center, Thamama Center, Information Center, and had in-depth learning and exchanges with technical experts.
